1 kg beef sausage roll mince. Tasty amazing and easy. Makes around 10 x large sausage rolls. We use approx 90g each sausage roll. Cut puff part into 4x and roll like a sausages roll. Brush with egg wash. 180 in the oven perfect home made sausages rolls. Which the kids love!!
