Farm to Freezer Terms & Conditions

 

Delivery: 

Once you place an order, we will deliver your order within 14 business days.

We will always try our best to process your order with 7 business days. However, if by chance, your order is placed the day after we have ordered stock and we don’t have fresh stock on hand for your order to be  fulfilled, we will need the 14 days turnaround to process your order. This time frame ensures us to process your order and ensure there is limited waste on our farm so we can be as ethical as possible.

 

*Our Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your product, please email our team within 7 days of delivery to discuss. We can offer a replacement or refund on your order if we see fit that we have not met our promise of beautiful farm fresh meat.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for change of mind so please keep that in mind when you place your order.

 

*Terms and Conditions:

All of our services (meat boxes) and products must be paid prior to delivery or upon delivery with our driver.

We are very flexible if you need to change your delivery day to suit. Simply email our team and we will be happy to assist.

If you decide to cancel an order 2 weeks prior to delivery, we will hold a $50 admin fee.

Unfortunately we can not give you a refund if you decide to cancel your order 5 days prior to delivery. The reason being is that we have already ordered your products. Please keep this in mind when ordering – we don’t like any waste and want to farm as ethical as we possibly can.  Please assist us to ensure zero waste.
